Agreement to Terms

By using Berta1SSL services, users consent to be bound by these terms. The agreement is between the user and Rondanini Publishing Ltd.

Description of Services

Berta1SSL is a professional SSL certificate and domain expiry monitoring tool. The platform offers SSL certificate monitoring, domain expiry tracking, email and SMS alerts, TLS analysis, certificate transparency scanning, and related security tools.

User Accounts and Licenses

Paid subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the specified tier and duration.

• License sharing, reselling, or distribution is prohibited
• The company can revoke licenses for violations
• Each license tier has specific domain limits and features
• Device limits apply per license tier

Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Access systems without authorization
• Conduct illegal data scraping or reconnaissance
• Abuse the monitoring service for denial-of-service attacks

Intellectual Property

The company owns all platform content, features, and the Berta1SSL brand. Users retain ownership of their domain lists and configuration data.

Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed through Stripe in GBP
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 14 days if the software hasn't been substantially used
• Cancel anytime from your account settings

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SSL monitoring checks are performed at intervals specified by your plan tier. We are not liable for any damages resulting from missed alerts or service interruptions.

Warranties and Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for any damages arising from expired certificates or domains that were being monitored.
